Jen has many interests including hiking,
reading, history, gaming, camping, books, dogs, animal behavior,
storytelling, corvids, environmental studies, music, travel, writing
and raising her son Jordan.
Jen legally changed her last name in 2001. Here are party pictures for viewing. Her hero is Snufkin. She was married last June.
Jen has taken part in a number of educational
opportunities since her shift of careers into animal welfare:
an apprenticeship with Sirius Training,
CITA program at Marin Humane,
SF SPCA CC program,
PetTech through the ABKA, DogTec
courses and others.
Now relocated up North to the Portland
area, she is working at the Humane
Society of the Willamette Valley.
Here are some links that she suggests: Visit Heron
Dance and Edicott Studios and
view beautiful creations at The Wizard
of Clay,
and Emmy MacKenzie's Goldsmithy.
Ed Book does some
amazing photography and Ursula's art
makes Jen smile.
For the more bazaar end of the spectrum, yet still wonderful, there is Gnome-napping
and the Free State of Jefferson.
Some new links: The Highline's rebirth,
Astronomy
Pictures from NASA, a page of some of the new
work of animals
(Jon Katz wrote a worthy book
on a similar subject and has his own spot
at Slate) and a hysterical D&D based online
comic.
There is a journal of her mental meandering
as "corva"
on LiveJournal.
